I was so happy because when I received it, I still did not know the sex of my baby and wanted it to be a surprise. It comes with a comforter, fitted sheet a dust ruffle and a bumper. The Flashback Four Piece Baby Crib Bedding Set by Glenna Jean's comforter measures thirty-three by forty two inches and the dust ruffle has a sixteen inch drop. The bumper measures ten inches high. The fitted sheet fits a standard sized crib. The bedding is trimmed with a black velvet cord. It is aptly named “Flashback” because the Flashback Four Piece Baby Crib Bedding Set by Glenna Jean is so mod.
Although I am not sure that the Flashback Four Piece Baby Crib Bedding Set by Glenna Jean would fit most mother's tastes, I think that it was the best my office mate could do, as is a unisex bedding set and as I mentioned, the sex of my baby was of yet undetermined.
I was surprised that the Flashback Four Piece Baby Crib Bedding Set by Glenna Jean also came at a hefty price tag of three hundred and eighty dollars! But it is a low maintenance bedding set mocha and tan temporarily masks little stains in between washings. I just do not like the velvet trim though, as I think it looks a little tacky for babies.
I do not know if the Flashback Four Piece Baby Crib Bedding Set by Glenna Jean will go well with most crib finishes. Perhaps certain shades of white, tan and brown would go well with it. But it may also give the whole child's room a subdued effect. I mostly like to have cheery colors on the furniture and beddings as well. But it was a gift, and it is much appreciated.
Since the Flashback Four Piece Baby Crib Bedding Set by Glenna Jean needs to be coordinated with the rest of the furniture as this design is so hard to match, I had to purchase other items off the Flashback by Glenna Jean Collection online. Other items I purchased were the Glenna Jean Flashback mobile, the Glenna Jean Flashback Mobile Arm Cover and the Glenna Jean Flashbacks Circles Pillow which were forty-five, fifteen and twenty-six dollars respectively. Quite expensive but worth it for those fond of the whole “Retro look”. But I would not buy the Four Piece Crib set myself.
